The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement dated July 17, 2012, between Intigold Mines Ltd. and St. Elias Mines Ltd. St. Elias has granted to Intigold an option to earn a 60-per-cent interest in the Chance E mineral claim located in southwestern Peru, subject to a 1.5-per-cent net smelter return. In consideration, Intigold will pay a total of $500,000, issue one million shares and incur exploration expenditures of not less than $1-million over three years.
