Just for info, no, @ the 2011 AGM, it was not a PP that got voted down. It was an amendment to the options to increase from 20,136,860 to 22,754,071

I believe it was Item 6, on the proxy form, and yes, as far as I know, it got voted down Form of proxy - English

At the meeting in the morning, I believe they had said they pulled it off (please don't quote me), not that it was voted down. It will be on the audio, but I don't have time to get the exact words right now.
