This is a very well written sentence, basically explains how most of us are exactly feeling, IMO:
The concerned shareholders also believe that Ms. McClenahan's actions effectively disenfranchised and thwarted the will of a majority of the company's shareholders, further entrenched the existing management, undermined the rights afforded to shareholders investing in companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and diminished investor confidence in Canadian capital markets.
That sentence speaks for itself! Enough said!
So, what now is majority? How many white votes was there, & why is that not made public. Really does not matter, I guess, greens have the majority, but I have a feeling it was a Landslide, not just a majority. My guess is minimum 80% (IMO)
To have that many green votes in the timeframe that was available, the odds all against us, the frustration of obtaining your green control numbers, the Xmas holidays, highly paid companies helping the white vote, how much harder could it have been for the green?
Well, that's a very well written News Release, many options available.
