I've attached a like to Robert's background, from Businessweek. As you can see he's had numerous positions in various companies over the years, none of which(IMO) are success stories.

What I find interesting is the number of Companies he was involved with from 2003 to 2009, the period of time that Lori stated in her Circular that Robert was the Senior Geologist for Auracle Resources Ltd. Why she didn't disclose his involvement in so many other companies during this period of time is a question that needs to be asked, IMHO.

Jan.24 2005 he started serving as a Director for Banner Resources Inc. and beginning in June 2006 serving as their Principal Executive Officer and Executive Financial Officer.

Sept. 2005 he started serving as V.P of Exploration for Remington Resources.

May 8 2003 to July 2005 he served as President of Chilco River Holdings

Aug.15 2005 he started serving as a Director in Canada Rare Earth Inc.

May 2007 to April 2009 he served as a Director Pacific Cascade Minerals

Sept 2005 to March 2009 Director of Wolverine Mineral Corp.
