Lets look at this from a slightly different angle again, if you dont mind?

What exactly is driving Lori to continue this ludicrous battle?

1) Why is the BOD supporting her so strong and maybe jeopardizing their reputations as well?

2) Why would Lori make such a desperate move of not allowing a landslide majority vote?

3) Why is she directly and blatantly going against her shareholders which are ~90% against her?

4) Why is she risking everything, and other peoples careers close to her, instead of walking away?

5) Why is she blatantly doing everything that seems to not be in the shareholders best interests?

6) Is she doing all these things as a stalling tactic, and if so, why?

7) Why does there seem to be numerous contradictory statements by her in the last year or so?

8) What is so important to fight for here, she knows that the stock price will not go up with her and the BOD at the helm with the proposterous 2 year strategy she proposed?

9) Results is what makes an sp go up, and the results she showed the market had a drastic effect, so how on earth would she and the BOD make any money on their options to enable them to survive financially?

10) What did Lori have to gain by saying Quantec was working with us on a day to day basis at last years AGM, when Quantec says that isn,t so?

11) Is there something real good that management knows, for them to act like this, that they are not telling us?

12) Where are all the results, there appears to be 30% of the drill program holes, around 13-14 holes that have not been reported on yet, as well as hole #6, that supposedly was being sampled almost a year ago?

These are just a couple questions out of a book of questions, that I have. I believe that if we had the answer to just one of those questions, this would all make sense.
