If the rumour by Bob was correct, that management only got 5 million votes, and we know that ~63 million votes went to the Dissident group, that leaves the Dissident group with a whopping 86% win! Thats enormous and a landslide by us!

I will go further to say that the ignorance displayed by the BOD in ignoring these votes, and yes, the whole board!, shows very clearly their intent of taking advantage of their positions and a blatant display of selfishness with no regards for the best interests of shareholders. The main problem we currently have with the BOD, is that they havent performed and everytime a decision was made by Lori, if it was put before the board or not, it seems to have been executed. One of the most prominent things that Lori has done, and apparently the BOD should be aware of, was straight out lying that Quantec was working on a day to day basis with us. By the board condoning this type of behaviour, only speaks of their demeanor as well and places them right there with Lori , if she has told one documented lie, how many has she told? And how many may the BOD be partisan to? The BOD can,t use the excuse that they didn,t know Lori was lying, because its part of their duty as directors to know whats happening with the company, its the BOD duties as well to protect shareholders interests, and to step forward if they witness wrong doing by any of the other BOD members, for that matter. So the majority of the BOD that didn,t try to stop any questionable things she has done, makes them accountable as well. For instance, extending all the option agreements IGD has with us, when a review of their treasury and finances, in the course of the BOD being prudent, may suggest that IGD would be a going concern with holding that many of our property options. This shows blatant inexperience as a BOD on the whole once again.
