If Lori was so confident that disallowing the green proxy was perfectly legal and will stand up in court, why hire georgeson and spend all that money to promote the white proxy? If she was going to disallow it, what was the point other then disposing of more shareholder money to make her ripoff pp seem more reasonable in the eyes of the law? Doesnt make sense to me unless her lawyers found some technicality at the last second that barely hangs by a thread of credibilty to temporarily keep the status quo . This is a stall tactic for the massively diluting pp (voting control grab) and also a shot at starving us out financially in court plain and simple in hopes of maintaining the current MINORITY preferred leadership.
