As most of you have read the post titled "A shareholders perspective of the 2012 AGM (IMPORTANT)" http://agoracom.com/ir/steliasmines/forums/discussion/topics/558776-a-shareholders-perspective-of-the-2012-agm-important/messages/1758455#message
that I have put on earlier, you now have a perspective of what you may have seen and experienced also at the AGM. It seems to pretty well summarize everything that I have heard from a couple other shareholders that attended also, and I don,t believe I have anything to add in that respect.
The closed door part of the AGM consisted of the important things, but where Lori hasn,t released anything on that part yet, no one can comment publicly that was in that part of the meeting. I question the release Lori did put out shortly after the AGM, as it appears misleading in the fact that it didn,t recognize a huge majority of shareholders were unhappy at that meeting and their concerns appear to be completely ignored. Her release may suggest to the general public that there is no problem with SLI and everything was normal and the company carries on status quo with the companies slate elected, quite misleading and also possibly mis informing the public on the actualities of the AGM. Also, the results of this meeting appear to be withheld in which one would think they are material and of importance to this company and its shareholders, where are the voting results?.
The Concerned Shareholders are very busy at this time collecting, analysing and filing data from the AGM at this time. Everyone knows that its the Holidays and a hard time to do business, with New Years coming shortly. Meanwhile, our letter campaign is still being worked on.
All of the above is in my opinion only.
thank you
