I am sure that the legal options are being very carefully considered by the Concerned Shareholders and like every other move they have made so far, they will announce it by public release to all without having it leak out piecemeal. Their record is consistent. I would guess they have remained in Vancouver and we will hear in due course.

The game has changed. Lori's word on whether the Green Votes stand or not will not be final. The Regulators and the Court will not be in a position to overlook the fact that a majority of shares were voted against Management. But to review thousands of votes takes time.

I am confident in the process for now. I think patience is best until we hear from the Concerned Shareholders. Then we once again organize to make ourselves heard loud and clear with a single voice.
