If she get her way now, she will really organize future events to eliminate existing shareholders potential. Here is how I see her next few actions and sequence of events:

1- She will complete the Havilah spinn-off.

2- Consolidate shares on a 1 for 3 or more shares

3- Do a PP for 50 -100 mill shares

This will give her complete control and more money to spend as she wishes.

I don't think going to court with this will lead far, as I don't think these people there are much on the ordinary shareholder's side.

Of course, this is just my opinion in a nutshell.

I realize that this is not a positive way of looking at it, but I just can't find any way to look at this investment (or should I say, depositing money into a black hole) in the slightest positive light.
