If all the Lori followers were so sure Lori would win the vote off, then why disallow the green proxies! Would it not have been better to win the vote count and rest the public assured that most shareholders were in favor of present management! To disallow the green proxy only means to me that she felt she would lose. If in fact that is the case then its a sad day when the majority does not rule!
