Excellent post BOW you just put on! I was contemplating much of the same things you mention in your post and was writing a post earlier that I didn,t finish. It is very appreciatative to see other shareholders are thinking this way as well even at this holiday time, its hard not too, I guess. Now on with my post below that has changed from my original post I was writing, and I have decided to take a slightly different look at what has transpired, whereas BOW covered the topic excellently in his post, leaving little for me to say or add along those lines.

Lets take a look at this ridiculous fight

I sit here 1 AM Christmas Day, asking myself why did this have to come to where we are at in this very moment? Didn,t all shareholders and management want the same things from this company? To prove up the riches and sell them to the highest bidder/s realizing happiness for all? Its very sad for me to see the current situation in this company. All we shareholders ever wanted was to see our investment realize the profit potential that is so evident and support this company in any way we can to see that through to the end. Isn,t that a good thing, to see so many shareholders backing a company loyally and maintaining that support in the roughest of times?

We, as shareholders, were left with little choice, but to make a stand and try to right this company before it is lost. It shows of our dedication and belief in this company, and it also shows our recognition of an existing problem with the current status of this company that needs to be corrected at this very time, prudence, if you will. So why must we fight against policies, laws, and current management to acheive what the majority of investors want for this company, to succeed? A vote was taken, upon official count at the AGM, it should be very clear what the majority want for this company and those votes should decide what direction this company takes going forward. If this vote will not be recognized,, and laws or silly provisions are found that says this majority vote will not be accepted, doesn,t that say that we do not live in a democracy? Does that not say, "whats the use of having a vote in this country for anything, if it doesn,t count? What does it say in this country when a minority can change rules or present different interpretations that seem to go against prudence? See the ludicrousy of this, see the stagnation of this type of process? See how the laws allow for different interpretations of whats right and wrong balance on the manner of opinion from a very small few, evident in court cases against big corporations, where the guy with the most money, the corporation, usually wins the day whether they are right or wrong, but because they have the most funds to play with. But, I will say this is changing, and at this very time, and the evidence is plain to see in all the corruption that is being revealed globally. Protests are mounting and more and more little guys in every aspect of society are coming forth and voicing their opinions. Our battle with SLI management is in these very times, and these are times of change on the realization of how many aspects of todays judicial and financial systems are not working. It is a very important time to be standing up tall for what you believe in and know is right, especially when your heart tells you it is right.

We will win this fight, its inevitable, the timeline depends on how many ludicrous laws we encounter as well as officials that are not willing to listen. But eventually, accountability will enter the picture here, and hopefully there will be good people step forward to help us make the needed changes promptly. Its absurd for regulators, the exchange or anyone for that manner ignoring a majority vote in a company, especially at these current times and the shaping future. We should not even be having to engage in such a senseless battle, Why should both sides be losing when the opportunity was there for a win/win for all a long time ago? But, we are past that win/win point now, its time for seperation and we must shake off the weight that is holding this company back from what it should be, a prize.

Our shareholder resource is huge and very strong intellectually, and penetrates all levels of society, leaving us with many avenues to utilize in this battle if needed. Our monetary resource is coming along and should be maximized to put us in a greater position of strength and create further ease going forward. We all know what we must do in this respect. Many of us have taken considerable losses on our investment and savings, some to the tune of over 90%, our backs are against the wall and some have very little left to lose, come out fighting, stick together, and lets all be a part of making this right. If you wobble going forward, look into your hearts, it will tell what you to do and what needs to be done, pay attention to it. If you need more, pick up the phone and call a fellow shareholder and talk about the good and positive things that are visible on our path ahead. Dont let negative things get you down, they are only obstacles on the course for the truth, they have better chances of disappearing if you dont dwell on them and focus your energy on finding solutions. You cant change a negative thing once it happens, but you do have a choice of changing the future to positive.

The men we are standing behind now are good men. They will take this company where it has to go along with us, they are still shareholders because they believe and support this company the same way we all do. Their belief has not waivered, it has gotten stronger, and even more so now that they see how many supporting votes they have at this time. These votes are a great inspiration to them and will enhance their prowess going forward as well as any other support we can give them. Everyone one of us should never forget that we are part of one amazing group of shareholders, a huge family.

We all know the gold is there, facts say it is on the Tesoro. I will never change my beliefs that there is also a huge gold resource there as well as copper. Why it is not showing up in drill results, is anyones guess. But I have every bit of confidence that when we get in there to drill, more will be found than what has been suggested by past drilling. I am not alone in this belief.

I ask each of you to stand by and watch for future calls to action where your time and efforts may be needed. There are various future courses of action that can be taken by us if needed, and the more shareholders involved, the stronger the voice/impact. I ask you to think of what some of these may be or could be, but don,t discuss at this time, for there is a time and place for everything. I would suggest these be looked at as initiative measures and not offensive or defensive measures.
