Lori,s strategy;
1) "One part of the Tesoro strategy involves exploration to explore for new gold-bearing material. St. Elias has established a number of attractive targets for a 3,000 metre to 5,000 metre diamond drilling campaign."
1) The first sentence in the above statement is meaningless in the sense that we have very many gold-bearing materials all over the property that sits there and was not proven up, this adds no value to the sp whereas an established resource estimate cannot form from this type of performance. The high grade and numerous veins of the C-1 area where a resource estimate had the greatest chance for success with limited drilling, was completely ignored during the extensive previous drill program. To continue on with a strategy that blatantly has not worked, as evidence from the results given from the extensive trenching, is very unacceptable. The Quantec recommended drill targets were not all drilled either, these were attractive targets with many of these targets having several gradients that were not touched, ridiculous to suggest that she has attractive drill targets. 99% of the Quantec drill targets were probably not touched, so it shouldn,t be hard to find targets.
2) "The other part of the strategy involves development focused on more than 20 waste rock dumps left behind by prior mining activity. St. Elias intends to sample and test the dumps and prepare a National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate. St. Elias proposes to follow up with a prefeasibility study to determine whether gold could be profitably recovered from the dumps, providing cash to support additional exploration."
2) This is also a ludicrous statement, there appears to be little left of these piles as evidence of Google Earth, and the biggest piles around the C-1 and A-4 could easily be sampled, excavated in a day, no big undertaking at all. And to waste time on .5-5 g/t stuff on the surface, while high grade stuff is sitting in the ground near surface, is ridiculous. This is definitely not professional, nobody does this kind of work on a green property. You dont play around like this, we are investors, not stock players. Its totally unacceptable to see this once $300 million dollar market cap company in which has been working on the Tesoro for 8 years and have no proven resource, while other companies start out and have over a million ounces proven up in their first year, with considerably less prospects to what the Tesoro hold.
I have to say, that is a great strategy, to play around for the next two years Lori. Where will the money come from to finance this playing in the sandbox? Do you honestly believe anyone would invest in that kind of strategy? Can,t you see that is the same strategy as you have practised in the past in conjunction with extensive travel that has upset the current shareholders? Please Lori, walk away and let us shareholders proove this up efficiently for the good of all. And don,t feel bad about leaving, there are more small companies now doing the same thing, shareholders are taking care of their own investments. Too many little guys have been taken advantage of over the years by stock market antics, the end has started. The muppets are not happy.
