Hard work, I'm sure is a huge understatement! Not only unpaid hard work, but a huge pesonal financial impact to the entire group.

How fair is this process?

You want change, you fight & pay:

1. Using Your own money, not the SLI treasury
2. Their time frame, not yours
3. Calling for your green control numbers to ensure you vote on time (frustrating)
4. Many frustrations, by so many, trying to get their numbers, some never got & some never voted! Very good updates on the boards though to help everyone!
5. An AGM that was rescheduled not once, but twice (yes, I fell for the first one, I now have a Westjet credit, that cost me $50, LOL) Didn't get me a 2nd time though!!!
6. Directors (2) that had their names removed, who am I to say right or wrong?
7. Using Goergeson to call all of us, trying to make us vote white. I bet the dissident (green) group wish they had access to that cash, to help them out? Nope, but they seem to have a huge support base!
8. So many more issues, too many to mention
9. But, obviously, all these are my words & my opinion!

But, when you have a group of shareholders, as long & strong, and so focussed & dedicated that I believe there really is, what do ya got:

1. You got every brokerage house when you say your first two words, them saying, hold on, I know, this is the SLI proxy battle (or something very close to that), and you want your green proxy numbers. Wow, we've had so many calls, they say. How many people heard that? IMO
2. You have everyone pitching in emotionally & finacially
3. You have a group sticking together for what is right, & not what is forced upon them all!

But, the bottom Line you also have 53% of the vote, assuming all 117,118,355 shares voted (which, personally I highly doubt it) you have a Green victory

Now, what will they throw at the Majority next, to try to prove, they are not a majority?

What will it cost, & why is it allowed?

Why would they not be a majority, when they voted a minimum 53%?
