Muffin, its becoming quite clear that you don,t recognize the problems existing with current management and how easily they themselves may not qualify. The perception of taking everything at face value allows these types of things to continue and can never effect change with that approach. The protection of a public company is the protection of its stake holders, when this is neglected more questions arise as why is this company not functioning in the best interest of its shareholders. When the excutive of a company comprising of 5 or so people go against 4000-5000 of its stakeholders, do you see anything right with that?
