White Collar Crime is as against the law as much as Murder. So--- if the courts find Lori guilty of insider trading, and other numerous charges we all feel she has committed,---she will go to jail, and probably won't get to pass GO and collect $200 dollars either.

And-- if she has done as much illegal activity as we feel she has done---she will make Martha look like a Sunday school teacher.

BUT--If you will recall --- they did not put Martha in jail until the courts said "Guilty As Charged"

Real 888-- I don't believe for a minute that the Courts are now on Loris side---they just followed the rules and said we did not get our Director Nominations in on time-- fair or not--thats the rules. Lori is not stupid--just naieve--which is why she feels she can break the law and never have to face the music. THAT is about to come down on her like ugly on a bear.

Don't get me wrong-- I'm as unhappy about the Court Ruling as you are--but--we do have a majority director position forming if everybody does their democratic duty and votes Green.

Once we get a majority BOD, she becomes just another vote on the board. The board will decide on her CEO position. If they don't want her ---she is out of the chair---but will probably have to resign as director cuz its hard to attend board meetings if you can't get a "Day Pass" from your prison cell.

All of this is of course "my opinion"---but I think you will all be pleasantly surprised to see how this all plays out over the next year. I know Martha was sure surprised.
