It is interesting to see Anon selling stock in SLI today again and dropping the price as a result. I noticed in IGD monday that there was a trade whereby it was an insider buy of 50,000 shares of IGD, this insider used the House Anon to make this trade and also bought it from Anon. It was not a crosstrade, so I would assume that there are at least 2 different parties using Anon to trade with in SLI and IGD.

I would also suggest that where I see no insider buys of SLI lately, that insiders or current management must figure they are gonna lose this vote and will offer no support to the SLI shareprice and instead, try to support IGD that Lori is CEO of and some of SLI directors are also part of.

I question the circular mailed out to IGD shareholders on or around Nov 13th that didn,t have the TTAGIT particulars in it with the voting proxies for IGD. Then apparently another just circular was mailed out dated ~Nov 30 with no voting proxies. The problem that arises here is that Shareholders may have had valuable information withheld from them in the first circular that may have influenced their votes had they known. I believe this may be a violation on Lori,s part, but that would be a desicion of the regulators I presume. Nevertheless, a violation in the markets no matter what, goes against a directorship and executive position. I would assume that the AGM slated for IGD tomorrow may see some problems or shortly after, if what I assumed above is correct. This problem is also connected with the TSX whereas it doesn,t appear that shareholders voted to approve the TTAGIT deal and that info may have been withheld in the first circular. In light of the current problems with SLI management that SLI shareholders are encountering, I suggest this IGD situation may be another black mark against Lori and some of the current BOD of SLI.

I would also add, that if Lori degraded the Dissident Group by saying they are not experienced, then why is she constantly making these blunders with what she says is many years in the industry? Also, if there are consistent BOD meetings where these company procedures are discussed before hand, it does not show competence or experience on the BOD,s part either, to allow these constant blunders to occur. I should also mention the violations here in the link provided, the latest being June of 2011.

I think voting the GREEN or OPPOSITION proxy is most likely the best way to go.
