Wiser, we both deal at same bank,the manager and assistant manager where on phone all day on behalf of alot ivesters here, if you have a " OBO" account , or what they call 3rd party , they cannot give us a control number. Scotia Capitol will emailyou a green proxy with a date a Scotia Capitol signed stamp with the amount of shares on it, you have to check off all the FOR or AGAINST squares,sign it that you are giving all your voting shares to Gill and Darcy to vote for you . You then email or fax it to COMPUTERSHARE INVESTERSERVICES INC by fax at 1-866-249-7775 or by email to PROXYTABULATION@COMPUTERSHARE.COM

I just got phone call from Scotia Bank manager and that is only way we can vote "OBO" accounts, they said all your shares will will still count as votes as voting on line with control numbers. Also beleive if you have stock cerificate, you must vote in same way

Something to remember to have changed for next proxy vote, but if everyone VOTES GREEN this time for a new management, we will never have a proxy battle again
