I was able to get my control #'s from Scottrade, they do go by opposition not green proxy! My local broker told me he just needs to call the back room for the control #! Ask for a branch manager at least and explain the struggle we have. Scottrade also gave me 2 tel #'s to call if you have questions, this is for the 3rd party company that sends out the control #'s for Scottrade.
