Ask them for your Control Numbers for the GREEN or OPPOSITION PROXY for St Elias Mines. There will be more clarity for U.S. investors tomorrow on this forum for certain brokerages as other investors in the U.S. are finding out the easiest procedure. Hope this helps!

1. I recommend writing down your 12 digit control number, right above your 12 digit number on your white proxy form. Be sure that they are different numbers! Remember, you need a different Green Proxy Control Number, for each different account you have!
2. Once you have your 12 digit number, then click on this Link https://central-online.proxyvote.com/pv/web.do?pvskey=proxy
3. ProxyVote page will appear. Enter your 12 digit Control Number & click submit
4. Scroll down to the blue back filled box and click "Vote My Shares Per Opposition's Recommendations" (only if you agree with them all)
5. Scroll down & enter your email address in the blank box, so you get a verification email
6. Then click on "Final Submission"
