When you throw the fashion show and Susan Blonde into the mix, and add our CEO's verbal reprimands to shareholders' asking questions at the last Calgary meeting, the only explanation for this behaviour is an almost indescribable amount of arrogance, contempt, inexperience, unprofessionalism... the list goes on and on.
How could anyone vote for someone like this to run their investment? All I can do is shake my head. How is this even legal?
If I wasn't invested in SLI and someone had told me what this CEO has done over the last 18 months, I wouldn't believe them; it really sounds impossible for the CEO of a publicly traded Canadian company to be able to do this and get away with it.
And for someone to try to defend these actions as prudent? No words...
