For CIBC Investor's Edge call 1 800 567 3343.

I was just told they would have my control numbers by tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. They provided me with a reference number for when I call back to get the control number.

They also said they are extremely busy with Green Proxy - St.Elias requests and are dealing with all the callers as quickly as possible.
