I was told yesterday to call back today regarding the control numbers and sure enough they had them. its important to tell them there is in fact a control number for each account as my guy first told me both my accounts would be covered with the one number. After discussing how management sent one for each he put me on hold and it turned out there was one for each. Im not suggesting anything sinister on RBCs part..just pointing out how I almost didnt vote a portion of my shares. I know its been mentioned but I thought Id mention it again.
