This afternoon I did a little experiment and went to proxyvote.com and entered the white proxy control number and sure enough, the management proxy came up. So we know now for sure that if you are given the wrong number by your financial institute, that it will pull up the white proxy. You will then have to phone them back and tell them that they gave you the wrong control number.
