After reading the information circular provided with the white proxy, I was astounded by the total lack of shareholdings by 4 of the 5 proposed directors by management.

Lori, herself, has only $75,000 in shares at the present time. Why would shareholders vote for a board who have no stake in the company.

I would guess that the dissidents shareholdings will far exceed this level.
