Are we voting "for" on all the articles 01-05 on the proxy.com Green ballot. I know the dissident candidates are definitely in the "for" category but not sure on 01, 02 and 05. I also assume we want to keep the numger of directors at 5. Got my GREEN control numbers and got into my first ballot but wanted to ensure which way to go on the above articles that will be in the best interest of our company.

I'm ready to go as soon as I get the answers. This is great.
