In case you don't have your dud white proxy yet, the 2nd para pg 11 reads and I quote:

"At the meeting, in the absence of instructions to the contrary, the persons whose names appear on the enclosed WHITE proxy will vote for the Ms. McClenahan, Ms. White, Mr. McDonald, Mr. Bastien and Mr. Krause to hold office for such term as determined by the meeting."

And yes, it is in Bold font.So there you have it folks; If you don't vote at all and they sent out your white proxy, you "will vote" for the five persons mentioned above.

I believe someone mentioned that we would lose our vote to the white proxy if we did not take action and vote but to see it from the gang of five themselves makes it jump out and bite you........hard!!

So I'm taking a deep breath and will wait for guidance on voting the GREEN proxy. Exciting times indeed. IMO
