It says the GREEN ones will be out on SEDAR, where they most likely will be faxed by shareholders, we can just print them off and fill them out by transferring the amount of shares from the white ones to the GREEN ones and faxing the GREEN ones in with the amount of shares on them if there is no control number on the GREEN ones. Instructions will follow once we see them on SEDAR.
