There will have to be care taken that they are filled out properly.

They will have to be in by 11 AM Vancouver time on the 20th to be sure they are counted I believe. I will check this further later, but believe there may have been a requirement to have them in 24 hours before the cut off date/time which is the 21st.

Anybody not having access to a fax machine and needs help, post it here and we can see what alternatives we have to make sure your vote gets there.

Anyone voting now, I suggest that if you received white proxies with a certain amount of shares on them, that you vote a green proxy for EACH corresponding white proxy you may have. For example, I have several accounts, so I will be submitting several GREEN proxies to EXACTLY match each amount of shares/accounts represented on each white proxy. When I have matched all the info to the GREEN proxies, I will fax those GREEN proxies in and throw away the white proxies.

It is late here, so don,t anyone get in a panic tomorrow if some of your questions are not answered promptly. A review of the documents to assure quality and that they are filled out correctly may be needed before you rush into this. Its pretty well established that we will not be voting by mail, so fax is instantaneous and takes most of the rush out of the equatuion for the ones that have access to a fax. The shareholders that don,t have access to a fax should take priority to ensure they are fixed up promptly to vote, whereas ALL votes are IMPORTANT.

Shareholders that need help, can ask on the board here. I have a fax, but that would require knowing your info if you are comfortable with that, and I can fax some through for people that may need help that are unable to access a fax. Anyone in this case can PM or email me if they decide to take this route. Anyone else here with a fax that can offer help would greatly be appreciated if the amount that requires this help is substantial.
