yep, a Little unusual but Lori hired herself. The way i see it instead of getting a $5,000 mo wage from IGD, which is fully taxable personally, she contracts herself to IGD through her holding company so the $5,000 is now taxed at a lower tax rate as corporate income.

Plus I'm assuming her holding company would have various tax write offs, which would reduce the amount of tax Lori would owe even further.

This is all IMO.
