So, SLI is using this company on our ticket to set the AGM date and mail out the proxies within the minimum timeframe(one of their tactics) at Christmas time. Will they be mailing both proxies?

I am waiting for the proxy with the directors we shareholders want on the ballot but I don't expect it before I leave for out west this Friday.

Their tactic may work as I have no idea how I will be able to vote. Perhaps I can get someone to scan the proper proxy if and when it arrives by slow mail and then email it to me so I can see if I can vote on line as per one of the options the Georgeson call centre indicated to JD on his video. Anyone else in my shoes?

I read all the posts here but seldom post myself. I'm not sure how many SHs are just reading but not posting. I hope there are a lot more readers than the number of regular posters I see here so they can see the how and why of what's been happening to their SP and then vote with due diligence.

We sure are dealing with some slippery snakes here. IMO.
