DO NOT VOTE ON THE WHITE PROXY FORM. Use it for arse whip, fire starter, anything but DO NOT VOTE ON IT!!!

The vote to appoint Enst and Young, to approve the amendments to the Company's Articles to remove the staggered board provisions, to set the number of directors at 5, to approve amendments to the stock option plan will ALL be include in the dissidents Proxy Vote, which will be a different color.
