This is the bottom line, IMO. We cannot instruct anyone how to vote, nor would we, but I can say, WAIT until you have all the information, proxies, etc, in front of you, prior to making any decisions.

Once you've received the Dissident Proxy, and you have both to compare, then, and only then, IMO, make your decision!
