What's to say that Lori is not going to option off Tesoro to Intigold before the AGM. There is nothing to stop her, as I don't think she needs approval from the shareholders for it. She may even give Havilah the option. Either way she could keep control of a major portion of Tesoro without being CEO or on the board of SLI.

Just in my opinion.
