How many nominees could actually be elected at this AGM?

If there are 5 Directors that comprise the board, this list of nominees could potentially fill all 5 of those positions. This would leave Murry Bracht as no longer having a seat on the board, correct?

I personally would like to see the new board comprised of a majority of the new nominees, however would like to see Murry remain on the board. I'm almost as uncomfortable having 5 nominees from the same circle of friends as I am having Lori and her crew remain in control.

Regardless, I would like to see Lori "fired with just cause" as President and CEO as soon as a new board can be elected.
