Is Murray still a Director

There was a relatively recent post which suggested that Murray was still a director of SLI. I was reviewing Stockwatch today under participants, it shows that Murray became a Former Director as of June 2012. Can anyone shed some light on this, or even ask Murray directly. I have also heard that he is in litigation against the company Phockey
