How is she going to get any of her friends(if she has any) to buy stock. Unless she tells them something huge that we don't know. THIS IS ILLEGAL and she would be caught. Even her side kicks Bob and Jeff would be second guessing investing any of their own money in this with all the heat. The PP is just a desparation counter. It is just a big joke and will never get put through by the TSX-V, even if they did somehow find the cash. Which in no way will happen unless Lori has 10 million of her own money to buy the stock. Plus anyone person can only buy 20% of a PP, so she would have to gift money to others to buy stock, and trust they don't screw her. She would never gift out that kind of money. How could she possibly trust anyone enough to do something that crazy??!!
