My personal opinion is, the lady shareholder, I don't know who that is, has the same questions & concerns, that 70% of us, the shareholders, have.

I don't care if you love, hate, pump, bash, ignore, believe, post, read, whatever, when you see a PP of that magnitude announced 4 days (Oct 22, 2012, weekend included) after the Company received notice of the Dissident three Nominees (Oct 18, 2012), that has to raise a red flag, if not many, and make you say WTF?

Did we not need all that money on Oct 15th, 16th, or 17th, 2012? One, two, or three days prior, why after? Maybe, it's just timing? I guess it might be?

I totally understand the need to raise cash, when required. But, lets all remember, and reflect back to the Calgary meeting, when we were all told there was more than enough to fund the 20,000M of drilling. More than Enough! Well, last I looked, we've only completed approx 60% of that. So, we should have way more than enough, cause, we have 40% more to go? Why & How, are we burning through so much cash? While the drills are waiting, if they really are, would you not say, we gotta cut costs! Maybe they did, however, looking at every financial statement that has come out, since I've been invested, I do not see that. I do see many other things, but that's another story.

However, if we really need more cash to complete the 8K of drilling, well last time I looked, that did not cost 10 Million, and possibly 20 Million, as I assume the warrants would be filled as well, at such a nice discount.

So, really, would you not cut costs best you can, and only raise what you need to complete the drilling, and prove Tesoro is a go, or a no go? If it's really a no go, then lets say so, & move on! But, the talk, and the answers to our questions, do not reflect that? See the Homepage for yourself, Tesoro is not a bust? That's what I read!

Why do you need 50 - 100 Million shares, with a potential of 100 - 200 Million shares, with such dilution, when your stock is at pretty much an all time low?

OK, lets say there is no other way, OK, can the present shareholders scoop up 50% of the PP? I'm hearing, NOT! Why? Lets split it equally, would you not want all your long time shareholders to benefit as well?

Who can honestly say, this makes good business sence?

How, can the present Board of Directors agree with this?

The majority must, right? So, who is the majority?

That's my thoughts for now, and of course it's all in my opinion.

However, I think 70% of the shareholders, share my opinion!
