Sculpin & all, the best that I can see, is the following:

From the Company Website (Oct 17, 2012) = 132,318,355

From the Aug 31, 2012 Financials (best I can tell) is:

Issued = 117,118,355

Options = 12,950,000

Total = 130,068,355

Difference from Sept 01, 2012 till Oct 17, 2012 = 2,250,000

Don't know that we've heard of these options yet, have we?
