The time has come for us to take matters into our own hands. The shareholders have relied on the regulatories to protect us, but as time goes on, its becoming pretty apparent that the way the system is designed, is not in the best interests of majority shareholders in a situation like this. Because of our unique position and situation, it is also apparent that current laws do not appreciate this, therefore this must be addressed at higher levels than the regulating bodies or Exchange levels. We are entering a rights issue here which entwines itself right through the whole systwem starting with the little guy, right up to the top of our government and further, if you wish to think about it.
