Hey! wait a minute.

Doesn't Annual General Meeting mean a meeting annual is mandatory. Even the little charitable organization I chair must meet once a year IAW our province's laws.

I think BC securities or TSX should react to this one also.

A lot of stickhandling going on here and there's going to be an huge open ice hit on someone(guess who) soon i hope. IMHO
