This just came out 2 hours ago, interesting legislation establishing some accountability for Albertans. I only put it on here, to show that it is being implimented in places, and may be utilized for other matters.

This link below suggests that a company should have these whistleblower policy in place as goverance, to help attract shareholders and offer a bit of comfort, if we don,t already have this in SLI, maybe its something to consider having. Maybe someone can call the office to see if we have this policy in effect? I would call, but I usually don,t get any answer, thanks.
Why do I need a whistleblowing policy?
For reporting issuers in Canada, National Instrument 52-110 – Part 2 states that an audit committee is responsible for establishing a procedure for the confidential, anonymous submission by employees of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters. For private companies and not for profit organizations a whistleblowing policy is a good governance practice that can be invaluable in attracting and retaining shareholders and stakeholders.
