Hi Ho claims lapsed?

It says on page 19 that Hi Ho Silver left the claims lapse of our Kettle River property, or better known as Carmi. That property has a resource estimate of moly done on it and does have value, to not report this in a news release to shareholders , may be considered with holding material info whereas we don,t know the present status of those claims?
