Hello all, noticed something very confusing & frustrating this morning. If you go to Agoracom's SLI "Hub Home", then under Fast Facts section, click on the "View Filings", you can then see the seven files that come up dated Oct 26, 2012.

If you look at the 1st & 3rd files (both 29K) you will see the following:

AGM has been cancelled, and re-dated to Nov 30, 2012, with Record Date now Oct 31, 2012

Who knows if this is even the final date?

Bottom Line (and this is strictly my opinion) do not rush your vote on the 1st circular you receive. You will only get one chance to vote, I assume. So, lets be absolutely sure we see a response from the Dissident Shareholder Group, following this recent change, and we look at all our options prior to making your first & only vote.

The message I will be sending out to everyone I know invested, wait & do not rush, ensure you have all the information, there will be lots of information posted in the near future to try to inform everyone, the best that we can.
