Sculpin, I am new to this angle regarding voting proxies and basically unfamiliar to the whole process. So from what little I understand, you have to - 1 talk to your broker who you use to buy stock to make sure their records indicate that the account you used to buy the shares is set up properly to receive voting proxies, 2 - phone SLI Investor relations to find out who they use as a transfer agent, 3 - phone the transfer agent to receive info regarding mailing dates to insure timely arrival of voting proxies - am I right so far ? then can you use electronic means to actually vote or is this a complete mail in process to be completed before the day of the AGM ?
