It has been brought to my attention that some investors may be having problems when making sure their accounts are set up to receive voting proxies. I suggest people calling ensuring that they will receive their proxies from their institutions to take the persons name you are talking with, record the time and date, and the conversation if you have a tape recorder. Incompetence has been observed in the past by a couple of investors here concerning this very thing, and it shouldn,t be taken for granite that the right box is checked to receive your proxy.

This way if you have trouble with your proxies, the person that is assuring you that your proxies are coming to you, could be held accountable as well as the institution, if they don,t. Every share is important and check your proxies for the right amount of shares, that the proxy amount of shares, match your accounts.
