Lori is sure to attack the nominees (who I have heard nothing but good about from people who know them personally and professionally) on the basis of their lack of experience running a publicly traded company.

Let's look at a few things her "experienced" leadership has given us:

1. A whopping $.12 share price!

2. Unjustifiable travel and promo expenses!

3. Sponsorship of unrelated businesses. I didn't invest in Curvy Fashion Shows!

4. Optioning of valuable properties to IGD (also managed by an "experienced" CEO), which then turns around and throws a half million into TTAGIT instead of exploring the properties we optioned to them.

5. Disregard and disrespect for her shareholders (and immigrants I might add). She should be aware that there are probably many immigrants who have invested in this company as well!

6. Lack of communication and transparency. No newsletters, no website updates, no communication other than shoddily prepared news releases that often were not even proof read. How professional.

When she publicly declared if there's anybody out there who thinks they can do a better job running this company, I'll be happy to step down... we really missed the boat! LOL
