Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I just want to reiterate something I said last month:
"When all this is said and done with Tesoro, I wouldn't be surprised to see the "old boys" Lori speaks of sitting on a pile of cash while Lori and the rest of us are left wondering what the hell happened."
Looks like the "Old boys" might be making their move. Who knows, maybe Lori is smart enough to have cut out a decent slice for herself with all her shuffling money back and forth with IGD; in the end though maybe not. She sure seems to be trying to steal everything she can from retail investors though. Hell of a time for a private placement, offered at a price lower than our 52 week low and offered only to select people behind closed doors. While loyal shareholders like myself, who first started purchasing shares almost ten years ago, funding this company, are getting the shaft.
If this does turn out to be the motherload I don't see how she's going to keep herself out of prison... sometimes even the best lawyers can't help you when looking back at the series of events and the obvious intent behind them. Putting a stipulation of 24 months for the warrants was ludicrous, and at a 12.5ยข price is even more insane. I can't believe she can get away with this; the level of dilution is astounding.
I've brought over a million dollars into this company and with every passing month it looks more and more like I'm going to walk away with nothing, or next to it. It's infuriating to watch this drunken buffoon (in my opinion, so please Lori, don't throw away my money AND sue me) squander our hard earned money on fashion shows and worthless, piss-poor websites. Any highschool kid could slap together a website of higher quality; I guess she was just dazzled by the fancy computer talk and wanted to give some of our money to one of her pals (IGD, I know... different?) These actions display a ridiculous absence of good judgement, I believe she is delirious from stumbling on a massive gold find, and some very powerful/wealthy people want it for themselves. The result of this is what we've been forced to endure over the last year; 38m of assayed core? Are you kidding? If this thing turns out to be a world class property I'd probably be more excited about Lori having to face a myriad of legal battles than I would be about seeing any of my money again.
I sent formal complaints to both the BCSC and the Venture exchange yesterday, I hope everyone else here is doing the same.
