just as a matter of interest the last PP for $4.5 m took nearly 2 months to close. It was announced Aug. 17 2011 and closed Oct.7 2011.

Keep in mind this was done at $1.80 and the outlook for SLI looked promising. Trying to fill $10 m at .10cents? Good luck
