After this last fiasco of trying to dilute the stock by 169%, I am wondering what Lori is thinking. I don,t believe I have ever seen this kind of proposed dilution to any shareholders ever. My god, if Lori loses SLI, she most definitely needs to hold onto IGD, for herself and her supporters, and their futures. This is definitely not a track record that any mining CEO, or any CEO for that matter, would want following them around. This is not how a public company is run, by suggesting something that is not in the best interests of the shareholders.
If she wants to retain any credibility and secure the future of her supporters, I believe she should step down now, along with the directors that supported this reckless action of proposing such a proposterous and conflicting move against the shareholders of this company.
This pathetic final act sealed the fate, IMO.
The intent has been established and justified by this inconsiderate attempt at diluting this company and its shareholders by 169%. Any further acts of this kind may not be looked on favourably, and may only result in more damage to yourself.
Lori, I wish you well in your future endeavours, but I believe you have just boxed yourself in here and are left with few choices. I ask you to walk away and let us shareholders take this company back to where it should be with such a strong and loyal shareholder base that is unique to any market. Its only the shareholders that can save this company now and put this company back and beyond where it was before, just months ago.
IMO
